Nature of the Site

The site points readers toward inmate, jail, facility, court, and public-record resources for Tillamook County and Oregon. It does not store official jail rosters, booking files, court files, or corrections records.

It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, file court papers, change a public record, or act for a government office. Oregon public-records access, including requests under ORS 192.314, ORS 192.324, and ORS 192.329, must be handled by the public body that keeps the record.

Allowed Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates law.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar decisions.
• Do not attempt to access systems or data without permission.

No Consumer Reporting Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not provide consumer reports, background checks, or screening decisions, and linked advertisers or search partners are not presented here as screening services.
